The rise of technology, remote work, and skill-based industries has made it possible for individuals with different physical and cognitive abilities to build strong and successful careers.

One of the biggest factors driving this change is accessibility. Many workplaces are adapting their offices with ramps, elevators, and assistive devices to create a comfortable environment.

Additionally, the government has introduced several initiatives, such as skill development programs and employment quotas, to ensure fair hiring practices.
